• Studio Samy D. produces all the products in the studio in Tel Aviv by hand, therefore there may be changes in colors (there is a difference between reality and the picture and a difference in color between computer and computer), slight deviations in size, texture, color or changes in the fluidity that characterize Samy D.'s designs.

• The cancellation fee for a purchase that has been made and has not yet left the Samy D. Studio for delivery is 6% of the amount of the original transaction.

• Samy D. will take care of delivering the product to the customer to the address typed by him when making the purchase on the sales site, within 7 business days if the delivery is in Israel and up to 30 business days if the delivery is to foreign country.

• The warranty for the product covers essential defects in the body of the product and/or its operation which were caused by the studio.

Studio Samy D performs a strict quality check on each and every product that leaves the studio, in addition there is documentation of all the products that leave the studio door to the customer's home.

• The warranty for the product is given for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase

• During the warranty period, the company will provide warranty, in case of defects in the body of the product or actions caused by the studio.

• The warranty is only valid for a customer who holds an original proof of purchase and only if the purchase was made through the Samy D. sales website store. Samy D. reserves the right to require the customer to prove that he is the original purchaser of the product.

• The sole remedy for any defective product covered under the warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. The total liability of the studio in relation to any defective product will in no case exceed the purchase price of the defective product.

• Samy D. Studio's warranty will not apply in cases where the defect in the product was caused by incorrect operation: in case the product fell from a height, from the contact of the ceramic product with an open fire, incorrect use of the item, incorrect washing in the sink and blows from the sink body.
