Samy-David Arkin, known as Samy D., is a celebrated designer born in France and currently based in Tel Aviv, where he is recognized as a pioneer in the art and design landscape. His unique style has significantly influenced the realm of ceramic functional art in Israel. Samy D.'s work has graced prestigious venues like Neiman Marcus and the Haifa Museum of Art, alongside his own shop in Tel Aviv. A recipient of the Alix de Rothschild Crafts Award, his creations are featured in prominent publications have been crafted for leading brands, including the first class in EL-AL Israel airline company and the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Hong Kong.
